Booking Policy
To secure an appointment with Stay Gorgeous, there is a $25 retainer fee which is non refundable and non transferable.
Recognizing that everyone's time is valuable and that here at the salon, appointment times and space is limited, we ask that you please provide a 48hr notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
You will be charged 50% of your services if cancellation is not made 48hrs in advance. As well, if you are a No show, you will incur 50% charge of your services booked.
Please be mindful of your provider and other clients time. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, your service time will not be extended past the time your service was scheduled for. If you are more than 15min late, you will be asked to reschedule and due to product loss, the retainer fee will not go toward your next appointment.

Salon Policy
1. Because of occupancy limitations, there will be no additional guests allowed during the appointment time. Children may only be at the salon during their appointment time and will not be allowed to wait at the salon unattended during their parents service.
2. Guests will be asked to wait outside in their care or at our picnic tables before their service starts. You will be contacted via text by your stylist or provider when they are ready.
3. Guests are asked to wash hands upon entering for their service. Please come to your appointment with a mask on hand in case you are asked to wear one to protect other at risk clients.
4. We are not open to the public, clients are seen by appointment only. We retain the right to refuse service.
